My Design Process

Consult

Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their needs, create clear learning objectives, and create a roadmap that will bridge knowledge gaps.

Design

I use backward planning to communicate project timelines. Create a design document that provides a high-level overview of the project and a storyboard that details visuals, scripting and interactions, and then submit to stakeholders for review and revision.

Develop

Using the approved planning documents, I develop deliverables that go through multiple rounds of review with SME's and stakeholders. Edits are made based on review comments, and the final approved deliverable is published.

Evaluate

After implementation, I monitor and evaluate learning outcomes to ensure that the desired behavior change or knowledge gap has been met. I collect data and make additional revisions to training as needed.
